Here at Parizade, we know that planning your wedding down to the tiniest details can be overwhelming, but with our capable staff, you don’t have to worry. We are here for you, to listen, and ensure that your vision for the big day is executed perfectly.
We’re here to guide you through everything from finding your ideal event space, to renting equipment, finding vendors, choosing menus, and when you have chosen a wedding planner, work with them to make sure all your details are taken care of.
When considering the amount of hours and staffing required for your event, we take into consideration circumstances such as the location, the set up required, complexity of event, break down, etc. You will be charged on actual number of hours worked with a minimum of $100 per staff member. The pricing for each staff member by hour is listed below.
- Event Manager: $50 per hour
- Head Wait Staff: $25 per hour
- Additional Wait Staff: $17 per hour
- Head Chef: $25 per hour
- Additional Chefs: $17 per hour
Parizade provides a variety of selections so you can pair the perfect meal to your event with options such as heavy Hors d’oeuvres, buffet, or plated dinner menu. Our head Chef, Robert Adams would be more than willing to work with you to include any special menu items if you don’t see them listed.
For catering events, Parizade is the best in providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For non-alcoholic beverages, we charge a flat rate of $3 per person. Bar options include the option of a full bar, dry bar, and options including beer and wine only. Concerning selection, our Bar Manager is more than happy to meet with you to assist in choosing both the quality and type of wine that will be best suited for your event.
Rentals completely depend upon facility amenities, type of event, and host’s choice of items. Rentals include items such as tables, chairs, linens, plate ware, glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, etc. The following are estimates only; please inquire as to the cost for your event.
- Cocktail Reception: $12 per person
- Buffet Dinner: $20 per person
- Plated Dinner: $25 per person
On food and beverage only the North Carolina state tax of 7.5% is charged. Depending on your venue choice, certain locations also require a venue subcharge, which is a separate fee from what Parizade requires on your event.
